NDDC Urges Calm Amidst Overwhelming Response to Youth Internship Scheme
The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) is appealing for patience and understanding from stakeholders and youths who registered for its Youth Internship Scheme, as it works to ensure a transparent and fair selection process.
With over 2 million youths registering for the scheme between August 5 and August 31, the NDDC is tasked with sifting through a vast pool of applicants. The commission is urging stakeholders to disregard any misinformation or unfounded claims circulating about the scheme.
In a statement, the NDDC assured that it is committed to transparency and integrity throughout the selection process. The commission warned that any unauthorized posts or updates should be disregarded, and only official channels should be relied upon for accurate information.
As the NDDC works to narrow down the list of applicants, it is asking for calm and understanding from all parties involved. The commission is determined to ensure that the selection process is fair and transparent, and that the most deserving candidates are chosen for the internship scheme.
