In a significant blow to cocaine trafficking in Lagos, the state police command has apprehended two suspected drug dealers in possession of 120 wraps of a substance believed to be cocaine. The arrests were made possible by a tip-off, which led officers from the Ojo Division to swoop in on the suspects in the Ojo area.

 Suspects’ Details

According to SP Benjamin Hundeyin, spokesperson for the Lagos State Police Command, the suspects were arrested on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at approximately 2:00 pm. The successful operation is a testament to the command’s commitment to ridding the state of illicit substances.
