Kebbi: Two Brothers Slain by Bandits Despite Family Paying Ransom
Tragedy struck in the Wasagu Local Government Area of Kebbi State when two brothers, abducted by bandits while working on their farm in Garin Mai Rai-Rai ward, were killed despite their family paying a ransom. The incident occurred last week and was confirmed by community residents through Facebook posts on Friday, August 9, 2024. The senseless killing of the brothers has left the community in shock and highlights the ongoing security challenges in the region.
