Two in Custody for Unleashing Dogs on Police Officers
Ibadan Court Orders Remand of Two Men for Allegedly Unleashing Dogs on Police.
An Iyaganku Chief Magistrates’ Court has remanded Olayinka Akinware, 35, and Tunji Adesina, 29, for allegedly setting four dogs, including a Pitbull and Rottweiler, on police officers. The officers were attempting to arrest a suspect at a residence in Ibadan.
The suspects face charges of conspiracy and obstruction of arrest under Sections 332 and 516 of Oyo State’s Criminal Code. The case has been adjourned until December 18.
